Dog-Friendly Hotel Rooms

Just because we’re a five-red-star hotel doesn’t mean we don’t allow dogs. On the contrary, we believe that your dogs are as worthy of our attention and service as you are, and so we have a small number of special dog-friendly rooms - with garden access - that we assign to those guests staying with their four-legged family members.
Pre-booking is therefore essential, so please let us know when booking if you are planning on bringing your dog so we may check availability and allocate you one of our dog-friendly rooms to avoid disappointment.
* Please note that if we are not made aware in advance (please check your confirmation), that you are intending to bring your dog with you, and we do not have any dog-friendly rooms available when you arrive, we may not be able to honour your booking, or alternatively additional cleaning charges will apply.

Our pet-friendly hotel rooms have direct outdoor access to either the garden or the courtyard so you can walk your dog from your room. We do ask that dogs are kept on a lead at all times when outside of the room and you can also walk them on the private Crescent lawn in front of the hotel - simply pick up the keys from our concierge team on your way out!

To make your furry friend’s stay as special as yours, our housekeeping team prepare your room with a dog bed, treats, refuse bags and a bin, a towel and a door sign. They’ll even receive their own welcome card!

All dog-friendly rooms are given a special clean after stays to ensure everything is spick and span, ready for the next happy healthy pet.

Our pet policy

• Dogs are welcome at a charge of £35 per dog, per stay
• A maximum of two dogs per room are permitted
• These rooms are subject to availability
• Dogs are not permitted in our restaurant, but are welcome to join their owners in the bar area or on the terrace.
• We kindly request that dogs are kept on a lead at all times.
