With a passion for exquisite fine dining, Martin will be leading his team to develop a brand-new, farm-to-fork menu for our award-winning Dower House Restaurant, including a range of classic British dishes and afternoon tea options using locally sourced produce and suppliers.
Last month, we celebrated Midsummer with a twilight supper in our private walled gardens. Full of the joys of Midsummer, the evening was a great success, raising £1000 for the Julian House charity. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous evening starting with drinks in the beautiful gardens, followed by a five course summer-inspired meal, enjoying the sound of an acoustic guitar with the faint popping of Taittinger Champagne corks in the background. Champagne was flowing, feet were tapping and tastebuds were tingling as guests sampled the finest British Summer produce.
